This year's edition of the Bavaria City Racing event in Rotterdam was once again a huge success. 500.000 visitors came to see the demo's of Toyota, Force India and Renault. But not only the F1 cars were in the spotlight.

The fans could enjoy a spectacular demo yesterday from home boy Robert Doornbos, who was driving the 2007 Renault F1 car. Adrian Sutil and Giancarlo Fisichella of the Force India F1 Team and Jarno Trulli of Toyota gave everything they had to thrill the huge crowd.

Beside the Formula One demo's, the new A1GP car, powered by Ferrari, a Seat WTCC car and a GP2 car took the track to 'wow' the fans with their tricks.

This year, the Bavaria City Racing and RaceSalon, the event taking place before the street demo, had special attention for 'green' race cars. During the 'New Energy Demo', no one less than Heinz-Harald Frentzen took the track in an exclusive Lotus Exige Tri-Fuel. The unique car runs on a combination of bio-ethanol, fuel and alcohol.

The fourth edition of the Bavaria City Racing event at Rotterdam was once again a huge success and we can expect a celebration edition next year.
