Williams appeal FIA decision

Williams has decided to appeal the decision of the stewards to penalize Ralf Schumacher 10 spots on the grid at the next race in Hungary. Hungary is a circuit known to be hard to overtake. Schumacher can only hope for 11th on the grid during the next race, which would mean that he has a very low chance of scoring any points. This is disastrous for Ralf, due to his championship hopes.The only time another driver has been penalized in a similar situation was Felipe Massa. Massa was dropped for the following race, and this might be that logical route that Williams might take. Therefore it might give test driver Marc Gene his moment to shine, in order to keep the pressure on Ferrari for the Constructor's Championship.
