McLaren drivers urging car development
It is a known fact that the potential of the current MP4/17D is running at its end, and at least some last optimizations are needed to allow Raikkonen to keep fighting for the title. The young Fin insists new developments come to the upcoming Italian Grand Prix, while it is very unlikely now that the MP4/18 will ever race.Raikkonen noted: "Hopefully we can have some new parts for the car pretty soon. I think Indianapolis should be pretty good for us,' said Raikkonen. 'Monza last year was quite difficult but, like I said, we should get some new parts."
