FOTA approve Schumacher test with F60
A special test by Michael Schumacher with the current F60 chassis has been approved by the Formula One Teams Association today. The Scuderia Ferrari sent a special petition to all of the FOTA teams so that the ban on testing could be waved for Schumachers preperations before the next race in Valencia.
John Howett, FOTA vice president, said to 'Speed TV', "I believe all FOTA teams have agreed to accept their request. The situation for Felipe is very unfortunate and this is a sporting gesture which we are confident Ferrari will respect."
