Impressive pace by Kimi Raikkonen at first WRC outing
The first day of the Rally Finland for Kimi Raikkonen is done and over, with an impressive 17th place in the standings so far. "I had some problems in the first two special tests, but then I found my rhythm and it went well for the rest of the day," the Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro driver said. "I'm not far behind the best drivers in my class and I'm satisfied."
While co-driver Kaj Lindström praised the Formula One champion, "Kilometre after kilometre Kimi is making more experience and going faster. His performance is impressive considering that he is racing against professionals with years of experience."
