Qualifying halted as Vettel is eliminated

Due to the heavy rain at the Interlagos Circuit, venue of the Brazilian Grand Prix, this afternoon's qualifying session was pushed back a little bit. After the first part of qualifying, the FIA officials decided to stop the session once more as the rain started to poor down more at the track.
The biggest surprise of the first 15 minutes of the qualifying session was the fact that Red Bull Racing driver Sebastian Vettel was unable to put his car among the fastest 15. This could mean the end of his title chances.
