Baguette 96% certain of F1 seat
Belgium might have a driver in Formula One in 2010. Bertrand Baguette, the World Series Formula 3.5 Champion who tested for Renault and Sauber earlier this month, said that a deal to move to the pinnacle of motorsport is 96% certain.
Baguette said to the Belgian newspaper 'Het Nieuwsblad': "It's certain for 96%, the decision will be made next week. It's not because Sauber signed Kobayashi that I have no opportunities left. If I don't get a contract as race driver, I'm nearly 100% certain of a seat as third driver."
