Kubica starts the weekend with fastest time of FP1
F1 Grand Prix, GP Australia, Albert Park
Renault driver Robert Kubica has topped the time sheets in the first free practice of the Australian GP, with Nico Rosberg and Jenson Button completing the top three in their Mercedes and McLaren, respectively. There was plenty of action as Sauber's Kamui Kobayashi went through two front wings, the first due to hitting a caution cone and the second simply broke off.
