Albert Park pit lane speed reduced to 60kph

The speed limit for the pit lane in Albert Park has been taken down from 100kph to just 60kph for the entire weekend, not just for the free practices as is customary. The request was made by the FIA Formula One safety delegate, Charlie Whiting, just prior to the commencement if FP1.
