Eddie Jordan was present today during the City Racing event at Rotterdam, including Formula One demos by Ferrari and Mercedes GP. When asked about how he felt about Schumacher still running around in Formula One, he didn't hold his breath.

Eddie Jordan, the former owner of Jordan GP, is well known for voicing his opinion outright. At one stage he was asked if 7-time world champion Michael Schumacher, who currently drives for Mercedes GP, has any future in F1.

Jordan replied with some hesitation: "This sport has many champions. And as for Michael Schumacher, he really is an old fart at this stage. He should... he's had his time, I have been outspoken about this for a long time. He's had his success and he is a hugely successful driver."

"He should really talk to someone who can convince him that it is time to give someone else a chance."
