Best wishes for 2014!
The entire F1Technical team would like to wish you a pleasant and joyful 2014. We also take this opportunity to thank you all for your support throughout 2013 and hope to bring you even more next year.
For Formula One, 2013 was arguably not that interesting, except of course if you are a Vettel fan. The championship was decided early on, and sadly the year also including the passing away of Maria De Villota, as well are more recently Michael Schumacher's serious injuries following his skiing incident. It is obvious that our thoughts are with him as we hope for a very speedy recovery of the 7 time World Champion.
2014 on the other hand looks exciting thanks to a raft of new regulations that could spring some surprises, both in the looks of the cars as well as the results on track. The real action already starts on 28 January at Jerez when the first pre-season test of the year will take place.
As ever, we'll make sure to cover the technical bits and other major items while also providing you with our forum that has flourished throughout 2013. While some improvements are ongoing, more ideas are always welcome in the support forum.
Enjoy the new year!
