Red Bull and Williams announce new partnerships
Ahead of the 2021 FIA Formula One World Championship, Williams Racing revealed a partnership extension while Red Bull Racing announced a new partnership.
Williams Racing announced that it has extended its partnership with Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection. According to the multi-year agreement, the company will continue as Official Cyber Protection Partner of the team, delivering innovative data protection solutions, including backup, disaster recovery, software-defined storage, and file sync and share to the team.
Williams and Acronis started their partnership back in 2018 and the Grove-based outfit has since benefited from Acronis Cyber Protect. This unique AI-enhanced solution integrates data protection with cybersecurity, preventing cyberattacks and helping the team avoid downtime, data loss, and security breaches.

As part of the partnership, Acronis will retain prominent branding on the FW43B from the season-opening Grand Prix in Bahrain. As well as on-car branding, Acronis will feature throughout the Williams Racing garage and hospitality areas, on teamwear and helmets of George Russell and Nicholas Latifi.

Red Bull Racing has announced that its has entered into a partnership with América Móvil, one of the world’s largest telecommunications companies, for the 2021 Formula One season.
Red Bull Racing Team Principal, Christian Horner, said, “América Móvil have been a big supporter of Formula One and we’re very pleased to be able to continue that relationship here at Red Bull Racing.
„The passion and commitment the company brings to racing mirrors our own and we look forward to adding to the long tally of successes they've had on the global stage with all of their brands.
