Leclerc celebrates his Monaco victory at Maranello
Having secured an emotional victory in Monaco two weeks ago, Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc has visited the Scuderia's factory recently to celebrate his first triumph on home turf.
Fresh from winning the Monaco Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc celebrated his success with a visit to the Ferrari factory. The Monegasque was accompanied by team boss Frederic Vasseur during his special visit.
Leclerc spent time in the Mechanical Processing and Foundry areas to get a glimpse of processes inside the factory and meet the company's members.
Ferrari noted that Leclerc swapped his racing gloves for those of Maranello workers to 'personally follow the process of casting a Racing Shield of Scuderia Ferrari under the guidance of the most experienced technicians."
Speaking of his experience in the factory, the six-time F1 race winner said: “Today was a very special afternoon for me. It is incredible to see how much passion there is in every department. I want to thank each and every one of you for everything you do here, because you combine art and history in every piece you produce and assemble.”
An enthusiasm which goes beyond the track - @Charles_Leclerc and Frédéric Vasseur dropped by to celebrate with us in #Maranello and experienced firsthand the work done by Ferrari people, whose skill and passion contribute to the success of the Scuderia.#Ferrari #ScuderiaFerrari
