What did the top three finishers say after Sao Paulo F1 Sprint?
Lando Norris headed a McLaren one-two at the Sao Paulo F1 Sprint, with championship leader Max Verstappen finishing third in the nail-biting 24-lap race.
After clinching his first sprint victory, Norris said he was not proud by the way he won the Sao Paulo F1 Sprint, but he was delighted with the team work.
"Not proud about it but we worked well as a team so thanks to Oscar. Oscar deserved it, but we are doing what we have to do. Great pace, so looking forward to the race tomorrow.
"The dirty air costs you a lot of lap time, but it felt good - I think we were clearly quicker than the guys behind," concluded the Briton.
Having started the 24-lap race from pole position, Oscar Piastri was on course to clinch the victory, but he was asked by his race engineer to swap position with his team-mate.
The Melbourne-born driver said: "Was a bit tricky to be honest, the racing line was incredibly narrow and you missed it by a tyre's width you were in all sorts of trouble.
"The pace looked okay, but the Ferrari was quick at the start and Max was quick at the end. We are in decent shape."
Having spent the opening stages of the race behind the Ferrari of Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen was delighted with the pace of his RB20 as he was able to mimic the performance of the field-leading McLarens.
"It was quite a tricky race, but I think the pace is quite good so I'm pleased with that. It took quite a while with Charles, but it's promising, it's good. But tomorrow might rain so lots of unknowns, but today was good."
