Who will serve as title sponsors for the 2025 F1 races?
Ahead of the upcoming season, F1Technical's lead journalist Balazs Szabo takes a closer look at the F1's global partners who will act as title sponsors across the 2025 F1 season.
The 2025 F1 season will commence at the Australian Grand Prix, which means that Melbourne will regain its status as the season-opening round this year, while the Bahrain and the Saudi Arabian races move back due to Ramadan.
In total, the calendar will feature 24 races and will conclude in Abu Dhabi on 7 December. Ramadan will be throughout March in 2025, and therefore the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix will be held in April.
The changes made to the calendar in 2024 to create a better geographical flow of races have been carried over to 2025, with Japan in April following Australia and China, followed predominantly by the European races over the summer and the Americas during the Autumn, before Qatar and Abu Dhabi finish the season back-to-back.
While Formula One is yet to confirm the partner of several races, most of the rounds have already secured a title sponsor. The pre-season testing that will take place in Bahrain two weeks before things get serious at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix will be supported by Aramco.
Heineken will support at least two races, with the Chinese Grand Prix and the Dutch Grand Prix set to run under the Heineken sponsorship. In addition, the Las Vegas Grand Prix will work together with Heineken Silver.
The Japanese and the Hungarian rounds will be supported by Lenovo, while the Jeddah race will be referred to as STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
Crypto.com will continue to support the Miami Grand Prix, while the Austrian, Sao Paulo and the United States Grands Prix will be run under the MSC Cruises banner.
The sport's sole tyre supplier Pirelli will act as title sponsor for its home race, the Italian Grand Prix, while Abu Dhabi will be supported by Etihad Airways. The Qatar Airways will serve as title sponsor at the Azerbaijan and the Qatar Grands Prix.
Aramco will appear as title sponsor at the Spanish Grand Prix, while AWS will support the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix that will take place in Imola and will kick off the European leg of the season.
