Business: Alpine secures contract extension with its sim racing technology partner

Formula One's Enstone-based outfit Alpine has announced the extension of its partnership with Trak Racer, a global leader in the sim racing industry ahead of the upcoming season.
Following the success of the Alpine Racing TRX racing simulator, this extended partnership is set to deliver the next evolution in Sim Racing technology.
Since 2008, Trak Racer has led the way in sim racing hardware, developing high-performance racing cockpits, peripherals, and accessories trusted by professional drivers and esports champions alike.
Commenting on the extended partnership, Trak Racer's founder Matt Sten noted: “We’re proud to extend our partnership with Alpine Sim Racing and continue driving innovation in sim racing.
"Our collaboration has already resulted in industry-leading products like the Alpine Racing TRX, and with the launch of the Replica BWT Alpine Formula One Team Steering Wheel, we’re bringing esports competitors even closer to an authentic Formula One experience.”
Reflecting on the agreement, Alpine's team boss Oliver Oakes said: “Renewing our partnership with Trak Racer marks a new chapter of innovation and excellence. We will continue to push the boundaries of performance and passion both on the track an in the virtual world.”
