Former Renault engine guru Jean-Jacques His has been hired as an engine developer for the Ferrari Ganturismo project. He will there develop the Ferrari engine that is used in Ferrari's road cars. The assignment is understandable, having in mind the current power and fiability of the Ferrari engine. His was dismissed at Renault after a dispute with Flavio Briatore
