Ide's license revoked
Yuji Ide's license has been revoked by the FIA. This means that Ide won't race in Formula One again this season. The Japanese rookie caused a spectacular accident during the San Marino Grand Prix as Christijan Albers and his Midland rolled over five times.
Last weekend at the Nürburgring, Yuji Ide was replaced by Franck Montagny.
A team statement said: “It is with sadness and regret that the team accepts this decision, however Aguri Suzuki shall continue to seek driving opportunities for Yuji and hopefully a path back into Formula One.”
Franck Montagny will race again for the Super Aguri Team this weekend, but it's not sure for how long as team principal Suzuki is looking for new Japanese talent in his team.
