Schumacher wins from Michelin
Michael Schumacher showed grit and determination in his win for Ferrari in Montreal, ahead of the Williams of Ralf Schumacher and the Colombian Juan-Pablo Montoya. The five-time world champion is the only Bridgestone runner to have finished ahead of the Michelins, which were visibly superior since the second qualifying session and the return to a dry track, and while all the main drivers were on a two-stop strategy.
