Kimi dodges penalty
Kimi Raikkonen was able to avaid a 10-place grid penalty for this Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix. During the first practice session, Kimi's MP4-21 caught fire near the back of the car. Apparently, Raikkonen suffered a wiring problem.
Raikkonen, though, was very disappointed in the way the marshals at Monaco reacted. "There was just a fire near my engine and when I stopped the fire, marshals didn't want to do anything. That is why the problem was much worse, as it burned some wiring and hydraulic equipment. It took much longer to fix everything than it should have."
