Liuzzi and Rosberg penalised
After the qualifying session at Indianapolis, Tonio Liuzzi's Cosworth V10 was changed. Liuzzi will start from 21st position because Nico Rosberg was already moved to the back of the grid after ignoring a request to have his FW28 weighed.
