Title contenders lead Saturday practice
Michael Schumacher and Fernando set the pace in the final practice session. With all the friday drivers gone, the real race drivers took charge again. Way ahead of the rest is Michael, in front of the Renaults and the BMW Sauber cars. Qualifying promises to be very interesting therefore as it looks like either Schumi is very quick or he was showing off. His teammate Massa is only 7th today.
Temperatures already his 32°C and are expected to stay high for the remainder of the weekend. As a result, once again it will be a tyre test after the rainy race in Hungary.
Fernando Alonso though is "not too worried" by Schumacher's pace. The best to look at for him is the performance of the teammates which favours the Renault team. Fisichella managed to put in a time just thousands slower than Alonso while Massa is almost a second off of Schumacher's pace in similar cars.
