First day of testing at Jerez for Ferrari

First day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, working at the Jerez de la Frontera circuit, in southern Spain. Test drivers Luca Badoer and Marc Gene, both at the wheel of a 248 F1, worked on development of Bridgestone tyres. Luca covered 70 laps, the quickest in 1'18"792, while Marc did 101, with a best time of 1'17"883.

The Scuderia continues testing at Jerez tomorrow, when Badoer will be joined by Michael Schumacher.
