New Spanish test track almost ready

According to sources, the new test track in Spain, the Monteblanco Circuit near Sevilla, will be completed by the end of the month. The circuit already received an Official Approval FIA type 1, which means that it can host F1 tests, and an Official Approval International Races, which means it can host races up to GP2. If everything goes well, the circuit would be ready to host F1 tests by the end of January.
