Super Aguri prepared to take legal action
The Super Aguri Formula One Team is prepared to take legal action against Giedo van der Garde and the Spyker F1 Team. Van der Garde was announced as Spyker's third driver, after the Dutchman earlier signed a contract for the 2007 season with Super Aguri as their test- and reserve driver. According to the Japanese team, they have a valid contract with van der Garde and they are prepared to take the matter to court.
