Long runs for Toro Rosso
Scuderia Toro Rosso began a three day test today at Silverstone Circuit. Tonio Liuzzi did not get behind the wheel until the middle of the day, after flight delays returningfrom Indianapolis (we are not yet in the private jet league!)
The main item on the test programme is the quick-shift gearbox system and it ran trouble free, while the team also worked on evaluating the Bridgestone Potenza tyres for the British Grand Prix which will take place at this track on 8 July, doing long runs on race fuel loads. Tonio is back behind the wheel tomorrow.
