Fuji Speedway to refund spectators for poor seats

According to newsagency 'Reuters', Fuji Speedway will refund a total of $3 million to spectators who's seats during the Japanese Grand Prix weekend offered poor views. The organisers of the race were swamped with complaints of thousands of spectators who struggled to see the track from their seats.
