The decision of the FIA court of appeal is expected for Friday. McLaren launched an appeal as they didn't agree with the decision of the Brazilian GP race stewards over the fuel discrepancy with BMW Sauber and Williams. If the court decides to disqualify Heidfeld, Rosberg and Kubica, Lewis Hamilton would be crowned World Champion instead of Kimi Raikkonen.
