Hamilton tops Massa in FP2
F1 Grand Prix, GP Malaysia, Sepang International Circuit
Lewis Hamilton set the pace in second free practice for the Malaysian GP as he was marginally faster than Felipe Massa who already mastered FP1. World Champion Kimi Raikkonen is third while Jenson Button a surprise 4th, confirming Honda's improvements.
During the session, David Coulthard and Sebastian Bourdais did not set a time. Coulthard was waiting in the garage for his Red Bull to be repaired after tomorrow's crash while also undergoing an FIA investigation regarding the incident. Bourdais on the other hand suffered yet another Ferrari engine failure.
Despite predictions of thunderstorms throughout the weekend, conditions remained dry throughout Friday practice, with no rain falling at Sepang so far today.
