Also if you look at Robert's onboard and you see Vettel's mistake on the prev corner then you understand even better why he charged so strongly, this is a hardcore racer that smelled blood. I think he was setting up a switch back, not sure if that's the right term, but basically a very late turn in anticipating Vettel would run wide, so they would basically form an X upon corner exit. But then when Vettel braked so early RK probably thought it would be a simple matter of taking the racing line and that was it.
I think it's more Vettel's fault, but in the end it's just a racing incident, too much race hunger, lots of youth, not enough track
