If you check my posts from yesterday you will see that I said they should have set minimum track speeds everywhere not just a minimum laptop.

That's fair as well - I'd say I agree with that, they should set a minimum time spent in each sector. But the impeding stuff is unrelated to that, Bono was late on the radio and the corner (t8) is blind, really the only way he would've known of Mazepin is if Bono told him. It happens, and I think it'd be harsh to give a penalty but as you know they like to give penalties based on consequence, and given there is no consequence (like a crash) maybe there won't be a penalty.

But it was a pretty stupid incident, he had no reason to be on the racing lineat that point. You saw other drives just staying on the left side on a slow lap.

If it were like that then they'd give penalties even if you don't gain an advantage, like if you overtake off track and give back the position, then they'd still give a penalty. They don't that they actually wait to see if you keep the position or are reluctant to give it back then they slap a penalty on you.

but the yellows were for the car that went off the track in T9 to avoid impeding Hamilton. Tsunoda. I doubt you can penalize for that even if the yellow flag was only symbolic.

Then also blocking cars in fp3... Is HAM losing his nerves? Or is it too much information to process for him with the high speed track, tight walls and keeping eyes on the mirrors and flags.

Maybe it will be close after all.

I haven't seen the incident so I will not judge too strongly, but if it is indeed the case that he did pass a flag it should have been a penalty. No excuses, max didn't get cut any slack in an unclear situation either.
