My prediction is AT do even better than at Baku. They have excellent mechanical grip, are slippy, and they can split strategies against vettel.

Due to the circumstances concerning the last few races, I cannot see Ferrari running their Power Unit as hard as they have been, in qualifying and the race. Surely, now they would need to focus on finishing the races and collecting at least 3rd/4th places just to have any chance of title aspirations later on in the season...

That alone, would put Red Bull as a 1,2 for qualifying and a cruise to the finish. Expecting Max to bounce back strongly here too.

I wonder how Mercedes will go. Should be on their own in 3rd place, though I wonder how bad their bouncing will effect them this weekend... might be a similar situation to what we saw in Barcelona perhaps?

The temperature in Montreal is going to be 20-25C with currently rain forecasted in the area. Ferrari hasn't had many issues with those kind of temperatures in the engine, if these reliability issues are to do with overheating, it should be fine this race.

Regarding the Ferrari engine issues I too think along your lines, but the (my) experience is that teams usually don’t revert to lower power settings.

Great to see F1 back at the Canadian GP, always enjoyed watching the Canadian races and was lucky enough to visit the 2015 race with a seat at the 1st turn complex. Very narrow track but also very unique too, the whole city really gets into the F1 over the weekend, lots of entertainment and generally a nice city to visit.

Be interesting to see how the latest crop of drivers do, think it will come down to which cars are most settled over the kerbs as thats the quickest way around the track, or it was maybe not now! Suspect Red Bull ahead of Ferrari, then its anyone's guess, think Alpine and Mercs next, maybe Bottas if alpha can sort out their tyre warming. Seb and Lewis have traditionally gone well here I suspect them to be running well too.
