I think ferrari is sandbagging a lot. Running monza wing they're still ~7 km/h slower on top end, but only on kemmel straight. They're obviously not 8 tenths off. Same with mercedes, they will be a lot closer tomorrow.

Lots of experimenting going on at Ferrari to choose the right wing levels. Their Monza spec making them around 6 tenths slower in S2 and their relatively conservative engine mode (assumption) is putting them on par with Red Bull in S1, still making them slower in S3. They need more wing than Monza spec here. Lack of downforce isn't helping the tyres over a lap. Still doesn't really make them look comfortable.
Mercedes is a second off in S2, while being 4 tenths down in S3 and just a tenth off in S1. They are struggling with tyres not getting up to temperatures. Higher temperatures for rest of the weekend should help. But still quite far off.
