Well the AMuS journalist was informed that this tactic in fact wasn’t going to work. Since his report came after the others I suppose he asked specifically. So he has +15+5+10 so far, but as non of his penalties exceeds +15, he doesn't officially go to the back of the grid. That's what The Race says at least, and I think their interpretation is correct, going by the FIA files.
