3.1 Definitions
3.1.1 Aerodynamic Components or Bodywork
All parts of the car in contact with the external air stream.
a. The following components are considered to be bodywork:
i. all components described in Article 3;
ii. inlet or outlet ducts for the purpose of cooling, up to the component they are intended to provide cooling for;
iii. inlet ducts for the power unit (air boxes) up to the air filter;
iv. primary heat exchangers, as defined in Article 7.4.1 (b).
b. The following components are not considered to be bodywork:
i. cameras and camera housings, as defined in Article 8.17;
ii. rear view mirrors as defined in Article 14.2;
iii. the ERS status light;
iv. parts definitely associated with the mechanical functioning of the power train, transmission of power to the wheels, and the steering system providing, in any case, none are of a design contrived to achieve an aerodynamic effect;
iv. the wheel rims and tyres;
v. the brake disc assemblies, calipers and pads.

New rear suspension shroud. Looks like they've widened it and blunted the leading edge about halfway along. It was already a feature but is now more pronounced:

RB going all out with the weight reduction now.
The engine cover paint is similar to the Hungary one, I studied it quite a bit and believe it was either Hungary or France that it curved up, basically as part of the shelf engine cover.

This is Hungary. The paint curves up, but look at where the black curtails. There is significantly more paint on the Hungary image than the sidepods seen today. Regardless, some better comparison shots will be available later
Looks about the same, but the engine cover is completely different now as well.

Upper sidepod surface looks a bit more scalloped (scalloped section comes further forward) similar to what Alpine did at Silverstone. But could be the light playing tricks.

Certainly the profile is similar to what was brought at Silverstone but just a refinement

Bloated around the R of Red Bull, but along the top of the sidepod seems slimmer

Also, since the sidepods have been reprofiled they have that scallop in the middle, this new update introduced a similar cut in the shoulder of that ridge a bit higher up. I guess it allows the air to flow along it more neatly. Or more energized.

It was the thing someone else had noticed as a pattern on the car at the beginning of the summer stop.

RB seem to be running one of the bulkier rear wings this weekend as well. According to F1-tempo, they are getting the benefit in S2. Gaining a ton when DRS opens in S1. And matching the competition without DRS in sector 3.

This Jeddah spec rear wing has a very effective stalling characteristic. I assume it's triggering a comprehensive stalling all around the car which is not just limited to the rear wing.

No 1 seems to me like ferrari's sidepod's redbull way.
no 2 seems smaller and 3 looks wider. There is angle difference off course.

RB ran Perez with the floor that has the ferrari-like cutout near the rear tyre, first seen at the british GP.

So yeah clearly not the same spec. Perez may be doing some experimentation for RB, could be they don't have enough new spec floors, could be that Perez liked the change that the cutout makes - my best guess is it brings the balance rearward.

So far:

the cutout arrived on 1 car on Friday and then both cars on sunday @silverstone, both cars @ Austria, neither at France, neither at hungary now it's back to 1 car on Friday

No cutout for max in fp3
