I’ll tell you what happened. He looked into the mirror seeing Norris approaching and then stepped on the pedal like a madman unintentionally or even intentionally steering left.

I don't think he was doing a burnout. Burnouts are done by intentionally breaking traction which I doubt Verstappen was intentionally trying to do there

I don't think there will be a penalty for this
