the MotoGP riders were quite satisfied with the work done
the early reports say that the update comes with a ~5 kg weight reduction. So if true, there's reason to be hopeful, I guess.InsaneX_Badger wrote: ↑19 Oct 2022, 19:48How many tanks of hopium do you have? Because I think Merc fans will need double
Nahh, I don't think there's anything to be hopeful about. The weight loss is more effective on qualy runs, but then again I don't believe to be near 5kg.search wrote: ↑19 Oct 2022, 21:08the early reports say that the update comes with a ~5 kg weight reduction. Seeing you are loaded (Australianism?) throw a few bob to the coverage helicopters for a ride at qually time, saves time and probably cheaper
I have a wife and 4 daughters. I'm far from loaded. More sad that I miss it again this year. And I'm done with helicopters... My knees have enough damage from those rides in a previous life.johnny comelately wrote: ↑20 Oct 2022, 01:54Seeing you are loaded (Australianism?) throw a few bob to the coverage helicopters for a ride at qually time, saves time and probably cheaper
according to the AMuS preview they wanted to get the sessions closer to the concerts in the evening (Green Day on Friday, Ed Sheeran on Saturday)Moving Chicane wrote: ↑20 Oct 2022, 08:18Does anybody know why all the sessions are scheduled so late (local time)? FP2 (end 6:30 PM) and Q (end 6:00 PM)are quite close to sunset at 6:55 PM.
You'd think a two-hour gap would be good for people to grab food before seeing a show.search wrote: ↑20 Oct 2022, 09:42according to the AMuS preview they wanted to get the sessions closer to the concerts in the evening (Green Day on Friday, Ed Sheeran on Saturday)Moving Chicane wrote: ↑20 Oct 2022, 08:18Does anybody know why all the sessions are scheduled so late (local time)? yeah, don't quite get it either - maybe people only came for the concerts?! Last year they had the Stones, so I'd guess that sounded more interesting to some than an F1 Qualifying hours before.SiLo wrote: ↑20 Oct 2022, 11:34You'd think a two-hour gap would be good for people to grab food before seeing a show.search wrote: ↑20 Oct 2022, 09:42according to the AMuS preview they wanted to get the sessions closer to the concerts in the evening (Green Day on Friday, Ed Sheeran on Saturday)Moving Chicane wrote: ↑20 Oct 2022, 08:18Does anybody know why all the sessions are scheduled so late (local time)?
