There are no long fast sweeping corners like a Suzuka or USA to get generate lateral loads to sustain the tire temperature. Mexico city is a notoriously low grip circuit.

Could be, yeah, but according to AmuS, Sainz will most likely take a penalty.
Aerowise you might be right. But their engine will heat more and produce less power compared to Ferrari and Honda. Also, heating the tyres will be a big issue for them.
