Is a sidepod only it's inlet?

I.E - Take this years inlets and put the bulk at the top and take the hot air through the upper tunnels behind the Halo there whilst tapering the sidepods away completely.....it almost lines up with some of the existing contouring.
These might not be the actual sidepods that we'll see into the season?
