It doesn't look good for Alpine. On fresh tyres it's significantly slower to the Aston Martin.

Leclerc is now doing low 1:36, similar to Verstappen but Verstappen was in the high 1:35s for a while on the same tyre. I know we can't take the times too seriously, but it seems advantage RB at the moment.

The SF 23 is still lacking balance, clearly. They changed a lot from last year, so it should be expected.

I think he probably just skinned both palms severely. I've had that on a bike crash as a kid. That is consistent with their account of what happened and his projected return.

For sure. Car seems super stiff though. Has definitely locked up the most out of any car today

Have you seen a dimple on ferrari's nose at the end of the straight ? is it real or just light playing a trick ?

They have fixed it. It's just the vanity panel flexing inwards as the section underneath is hollow from weight saving. Just required some reinforcement

HAM just ended a 17-lap race sim on also used medium tyres, starting on mid 1.38 and ending at low 1.39 ... very consistent lap times this time around ...

It was C2 compound I believe

I second that and I think he just did a 2 stop race sim having a C3-C2-C1 tyre strategy
