Is Verstappen still reporting setup issue?
He was ccomplaining the entire time they were doing quali sims :D
This issue could have been there since pre-season. The problem is RB never ran Max on lowish fuel. Max has always been happier on higher fuel. I wonder if he's just feeling what was always there.
It is likely another car/chassis he drives.

Verstappen has no issues. Long run pace was unmatched.
Unmatched? Alonso was matching him pretty much every single lap on that long run, sitting right behind him!
It was close, but Alonso was using slightly fresher tyres and towards the end of the stint Max was ~3 tenths quicker.

So Alonso pushed his tyres from start whereas Max nursed his in, and they ended about equal. If Alonso brings his tyres in gently Aston will be looking very good

Is he fit to do the GP? I'm thinking no if he can't have two hands on steering wheel down the straight. And he hasn't done close to a GP distance

Makes the whole medical side of things a joke. Surely he shouldn’t be allowed to drive unless proven to be fully fit. He’s endangering himself and others. Drugovich should be in that seat this GP
Well Stroll has already wasted precious running time for Felipe.

Max backed off a lap to avoid Dvries and cooled the tyres that allowed him to gain time again.

If I was Max, then I'd be asking for the test chassis (if there are still issues).

Why would he take a chassis with such massive milliage?
If I was Max I would ask Checo chassis and gave him the one from the testing. =D>

He backed off for a few corners and then pushed several more laps. The effect would have been minimal. Alonso was using Mediums first but locked up, then swapped to new softs when most of the other cars had already done 2-3 laps on their soft tyres. Again, I think the pace is comparable between the two, but the advantage seemed to shift towards RB later, especially when you account for Max using older tyres.

Lewis finished off with a 1:36.3.

Still not sure we know the full story yet.
Boxed for new softs. So did George a bit earlier.

Because the test chassis is the only one that he knows works and the mileage isn't that big of a deal.

Scrubbed. Obviously not completely new but much fresher than what the other cars were running.
