Just remember guys it doesn't mean parts under production will suddenly be canceled. Whatever was in the pipeline most likely will be put on the car. It's only further development work from whenever JA called the deadline will stopCHT wrote: ↑11 Jul 2023, 13:54what I am hearing is some AI talking over the video with JA and Merc.Rootsap wrote: ↑11 Jul 2023, 12:32https://youtu.be/hjUqMk5kzOs

Unless they have decided to give up on the ethos of that car and go down a different path altogether?mkay wrote: ↑11 Jul 2023, 18:32How can Mercedes be confident enough to stop developing the W14 when they clearly haven't found a solution for the W14's underlying issues (drag, rear downforce, ride height and suspension compliance), particularly as they've revealed correlation issues earlier this season.
I think his words imply that they are not copying anyone. This is intriguing in the interest of seeing things that have not been seen before.
Mercedes has bring so many new parts this year obviously it has to stopcplchanb wrote: ↑11 Jul 2023, 20:36this is the biggest problem with the budget cap for the top teams. at least back before 2020 those who have the resources could push to develop their car to challenge the leader. now even if they could they are hamstrung by the cap, leaving red bull clear to cruise to the wdc/wcc.

RBR and Aston are also switching to 2024, Ferrari too I think
The worst was Aston. Almost no new parts and sinking in the hierarchy despite the extra CFD
Was it all down to the team boss or what was left when he moved in? And a much faster engine than others making up for a aero deficit?
