That's an interesting approach, both the shot and the tunnel design :mrgreen: That bump in the rear looks heavily RB inspired, as Stella said himself bout the whole floor design approach.

Also, the rounded diffuser edge shows that there was a clear attempt at RB mimicry.

The centre part for sure looks RB19-esque. Two stepped flowing contour lines (only way I know how to describe it). The actual diffuser expansion zone seems to be fairly simplistic. Clearly is bringing them lots of predictable DF

Most definitely is! You can see it on the right hand side quite clearly. Three attachment points at the rear of that skate easily visible. Good spot!

Big ice skate on there, aomost toboggan like.

Small Mousehole, maybe image perspective.

Vent from rear brake exit blowing up outside of eing end plate.

Interesting to see it all.

This ice skates looks to be mostly for maintain ground clearance? I always thought they act as vanes?

The skates appear to have an longitudinal aero wing form attached to them on their lowest point to marshall air direction in that region.

Likely to be vulnerable at first strike for running over curb etc, maybe the part Piastri damaged in Hungary.

Look at how little resin is in tnat weave on the tail end crash structure centre of picture, obviously the largest contribution to overall weight and reduced as far as possible.

Also the right hand tunnel exit, how the rearmost trailing edge had fractured and broken off, leaving a tatty edge leading up into beam wing.

Seems that, from witness marks, the flow of debris through there may have been significant with many scrape traces obvious on diffuser and beam wing structure.

Anyone else see just how much the front wing bends down and back as speed/load comes onto it ?

In car footage you can see it through between front suspension elements, others not so visible, but it's significant and clearly visible on this car.

From what I have been able to see from on-boards they are using this to bleed off downforce at speed, whilst using the plates at the end (inboard as most have located the adjustment outboard) to create a shedding edge above & below the trailing edge when flexed.
As all teams seem to have discovered this trick (some even ‘playing’ with the location in the span), it must be beneficial and designed in (to keep within the allowed flex tolerance of the assembly).

To clarify, my "not so visible" observation related to camera angle and view through the various suspension component being restricted, such that we don't get clear view of what the wings are doing on all of the chassis.

As noted, they all appear to have movement when viewed through the nose side camera, but footage is often not long enough to see how it behaves through entire speed range (edit is usually cursory in broadcast feed) which would be interesting.
Likely the teams would be wincing if the coverage were prolonged :D

Observation is that they move fairly early as speed is only just coming upward, drivers seem to indicate that too much "front end" is undesirable at maximum velocity, and so the needs around low speed download vs high speed appear to be focus of this area in performance terms. In effect it's active aero. Also one of the key areas of observation by LN on this chassis.

Testing seems to be sag across span with static loading, as this appears torsional flex of the main/first element in the section coming out from the nose to allow rotation (viewed from the side) in allowing the wing to lay backwards under approaching airstream.

Structurally, this is just par for the course in ski design, the blending of span performance against torsional to bring substantial differences in cross performance of those two all within one structurally unified space.

The hole above the upper suspension arm is new. Red bull has this also, but not in this position. The guess is, that this is for blowing the beam wing.
