Sainz better top speed up to Ascari and Parabolica (5kph on both).
Perhaps some engine mode differences, I can't say for sure? Hope it is not due to reliability.
You can see a key difference in the driving styles aswell. Charles likes rotating the car on throttle where Sainz would completely lift rotate the car and get back on power. This also something that is quite evident through S2-S3 at Austria. I'm quite confident in saying this is the exact reason the SF-23 doesn't suit LEC style, to keep the minimum cornering speed high you need a car that rotates well in the mid corner which is not the case with the SF-23.

Leclerc with interesting laps in high fuel configuration.
Carlos is a more optimistic person, typically.scuderiabrandon wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 22:09Xyz22 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 22:02https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F49rGYQXYAA ... name=large

This is hilarious man. How can the feedback be so different, surely they aren't galaxies away in terms of how the cars are setup?
It's common knowledge (for who follows F1) that Leclerc and Sainz requires very different things in terms of balance to be competitive. It's also widely known that Sainz is quite good at dealing with cars that have quite a lot of understeer, which is the case of the SF 23.scuderiabrandon wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 22:09Xyz22 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 22:02https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F49rGYQXYAA ... name=large

I'm more so referring the the fact that Carlos says the long runs need improvement and the short runs look solid and Charles reports the complete opposite.AR3-GP wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 22:11Carlos is a more optimistic person, typically.scuderiabrandon wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 22:09Xyz22 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 22:02https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F49rGYQXYAA ... name=large

Leclerc may or may not be fine with the long term pace but wants to shoot for pole position and wants to get a better balance.scuderiabrandon wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 22:09Xyz22 wrote: ↑01 Sep 2023, 22:02https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F49rGYQXYAA ... name=large
