About Lewis' comment, he's right. Not sure why the comment is really necessary I think no one will argue too hard, he had some tough teammates. Toto's comment, to say that its just a stat that nobody cares about.. I think everybody in Brackley working hard to do the best possible job would strongly disagree; the only thing that in all their dominance they were unable to match. Having your boss say he doesn't respect that, in my opinion terrible leadership. 10 in a row for Max, 15 in a row for Red Bull (both records) is a 100% team achievement. Respect.

I'd be surprised if people in the factory are that worried about Toto saying the record isn't important - they want to win races, yes, but its the title that is important as that's where the bonuses come from. People appreciate extra money in their bank accounts over a nominal record here and there.

Nothing's up with him, he's just being himself. Stroll of old that had some flashes of good driving is gone, this is what remains. It's the new normal.

We have to say the car was pretty bad today, I was surprised by how much the car suffer around there, even if we know that the AM is more at ease in twisty tracks.
I'm not even sure Alonso would've finished in the point had Tsunoda not DNF.

At least the race was less of a snoozefest. We had a battle for the lead during the first stint.

Overall it will be a season to forget, it's even worse than 2015. 2011 was a really dominant year from Vettel but the races were enjoyable (China, Canada, Japan...)

That "battle" was like taking candy from a baby. Max was like, "Okay Rocky do you want me to pass him on lap twelve or lap fifteen? And erm.. Should I save my tyres while I'm at it or burn them out a little bit for some fun before the stops? Oh tell Joe Bauer that there is a loose plank on the top step of the podium. Mmyeah hit my toe on it last time. "

You are absolutely right. And when Sainz defended Verstappen was just managing the risks, whereas he would've probably finished the maneuver in 2021.

Signature Ham move it's not. You're just making stuff up. Lewis explained himself already. Angling the car for turn-in and he thought Piastri had enough space. Better to pass it off as a "senior moment."

I remember Williams or some other team in this DRS era in testing or at Monza practice where they ran without the upper flap(second element / DRS element), could not find the pics.

There was also this F3 car pic from 2011 Norsring, not sure if it race / allowed to race
