The excitement is unbelievable so many things could happen tommorow it's absolutely impossible to say what will occur. If indeed it does rain lets say lap 15-20 then Red Bull's could streak off i mean in q2 today Webber on his first lap on intermediates 3.9 seconds faster than anyone else at that rate they'd be lapping cars quite quickly. But as is the case with Formula One things can change anytime so we could have a team lower down i.e Toro Rosso who probably would switch to a wet setup since they have nothing to lose Bourdais would probably take a big gamble since his seat is on the line , elsewhere Sutil is in a prime position if it pours down and could get Force India's first points or even a podium and if they play their cards unbelievabley well a win now that would be FAAAAAANTTTTASSSSSSSTTTTTICCC!!!

The "War Boats" in the Front field are Barichello and Lewis (and Maybe Webber). The "Tame" guys, those are Vettel and Button will be to scared to fight in the wet. Should be exciting!

I say watch for the McLarens to take the fight to Brawn in a pretty big way with KERS and a better fuel strategy. That will be a race to watch. Look for Heikki to fade as his car loses fuel but Hamilton's should stay strong thru the range with the improvements they've made. Not sure how Vettel gets around the Brawns soon enough to challenge Webber but he will take the risks.

Webber to win .. Vettel second, Barricello third, Hamilton forth, Button fifth.

I HOPE Sutil comes home in the points too.

GP of Malaysia: Button 1st, Barrichello 5th, Webber 6th, Hamilton 7th.
GP of China: Vettel 1st, Webber 2nd, Button 3rd, Barrichello 4th, Hamilton 6th.

Being enthusiastic about your favorite drivers is by no means a sin, and that can explain why you consider these three as "war boats", I just can't see how anyone could say something like that for the other two, when they've won both wet races thus far this season!

Looking to the back of the grid, i can see 2 or 3 guys posibly starting from the pit lane after a set-up change to a full wet setup change depending on what the fourcast is in the morning.

Glock - After a 3 place drop for impeding Alonso in Q1, he aint getting no where, unless it rains heavy and does a Winklehock.
Bourdais - He is starting 19th and is apparntly on his way out after this race, he needs a exclamination point to "finish" his F1 career in good style.
Fishchela - Needs to try and get up there, will probabably start from the grid tho, will probably gamble on full wets tho.

If the race starts under saftey car, this will play into theese guys strategy alot if they tank up on fuel and start arround 700KG, as all cars will save roughly a full lap of fuel for every 2 they do.

Buemi and Kubica will probably not do a switch to a wet set-up.

Rubans and LH are gunning for a win while JB and Vettle have to weary of the points race, those last two wont be so willing to take as many chances in the wet. Thats what I'm guessing smikle's getting at, makes good sense to me.

Well, not to me. Button has said many times that he cannot afford to consider anything for granted yet (and rightly so in my opinion), and with 9 races remaining has to fight for the win every single time (a la Schumi) to end up with a title in his hands. Vettel on the other hand is still quite far from actually challenging for the title (with the current points system) and has to win lots of races to have a serious chance. So I don't think any of those two will settle for points unless if they really don't have any chance at all for victory. Now if you combine this with the fact they won both wet races this year, I really cannot see any reason to believe they will be "scared to fight in the wet".. I guess we 'll just have to wait and see..

Yeah, they won in the wet but those guys aren't aggressive! Those guys are tame! I never seen Vettel or Button spitefully run anybody off the track before. That's the kinda war I'm talking about, sending the other guy into the Tyre barriers (because he was too protective of his line) and get away unscathed. You know, like what Hamilton did to kimi. That is what I want to see tomorrow. WAR!

Lou do got that grimeyness in his driving, love that isht.

And so what about who has won both wet races this year, have you noticed that those 2 guys have won all the races this year, wet or dry. They have been in the cars that could get it done. We have seen Lewis, Rubans and Webber all drive very well in the wet. And we've seen Vettle spin off in the rain several times already in his short career. None of that in the past will ultimately determine tomorrow's outcome. Especially if we see Webber get his first win, which I am expecting.

Predictions?

The Ring will be insane again. Nothing is predictable, except that the winner will drive a Red Bull, Brawn, McLaren or Ferrari. If Renault wins I will eat the old sock.

Did anyone notice the tyre screw up at Ferrari today? Rob Smedley went balistic when they put the wrong tyres on Massa baby's car. =D>

Hmmm how weird, offical weights show Seb & Mark with identical amounts of fuel and yet RedBull are saying Seb has more than Webber???

CHRISTIAN HORNER, Team Principal:

“Despite the very tricky conditions, it was great for Mark to secure his first Formula One career pole and it puts him in an ideal place to start tomorrow’s race. Sebastian is on a slightly heavier fuel load, he did a very good job and it looked like he just dropped a little bit of time on the last turn. Unfortunately the two Brawns have managed to get ahead of him, so we have two Brawns in a Red Bull sandwich. I also think the McLarens are ominously placed right behind us with their KERS, so it’s going to make a very exciting race tomorrow.”
