M-H-H I would think, like Verstappen had planed to, who even pitted first 10 laps later than Tsunoda.Wouter wrote: ↑30 Oct 2023, 13:21.
I don't know. They both started on the Medium and went to the Hard.
Yuki on a two stop strategy would mean M-H-S, but why? Faster than the M-H one stopper?
While he drove well from where he started on lap 33 when the SC came out he was 10th and approx 15 secs behind Ricciardo.Bill wrote: ↑30 Oct 2023, 16:19yuki started dead last and dragged himself upto p8 on merit before redflag most people miss that in their criticism.if you start that far back the way to gain positions is by taking risks .he was a bit petulant and made silly mistake but they is alwalys next race, whats important is he shown pace thats what matters most for midfield driver hoping to move to bigger team
Could we please stop offending Wouter for calling him trolling etc.? Let's bring back the coziness...
Load of nonsense, neither dead last nor much merit, but more a whole lot of luck.Bill wrote: ↑30 Oct 2023, 16:19yuki started dead last and dragged himself upto p8 on merit before redflag most people miss that in their criticism.if you start that far back the way to gain positions is by taking risks .he was a bit petulant and made silly mistake but they is alwalys next race, whats important is he shown pace thats what matters most for midfield driver hoping to move to bigger team
In my opinion he is inferior to Daniil Kvyat for example to be honest, which means there is absolutely no reason for him to be accepted into a better team let alone into RedBull. His second problem is his attitude. On the radio he is too rude and overly explosive all the time. So far in his career he was barking loudly, but hardly did any proper biting.Bill wrote: ↑30 Oct 2023, 16:19yuki started dead last and dragged himself upto p8 on merit before redflag most people miss that in their criticism.if you start that far back the way to gain positions is by taking risks .he was a bit petulant and made silly mistake but they is alwalys next race, whats important is he shown pace thats what matters most for midfield driver hoping to move to bigger team
the only thing that matter in f1 is speed and speed only .yuki is a very fast driver.having altitude didnt stop Alonso from having a great career he participated in spygate at mclaren ,blackmailed ron and ultimately costing them hundred of millions.they rehired him destroyed the honda mac partnership but he still racing.yuki little rants are water under the bridge being amplified by the media for whatever reason .proteus wrote: ↑30 Oct 2023, 20:32In my opinion he is inferior to Daniil Kvyat for example to be honest, which means there is absolutely no reason for him to be accepted into a better team let alone into RedBull. Speed only is not everything. You also need to have good racecraft which includes making good decisions under pressure which as we saw yesterday from Yuki was not displayed when he was pushing to pass Oscar.Bill wrote: ↑30 Oct 2023, 23:39the only thing that matter in f1 is speed and speed only .yuki is a very fast driver.having altitude didnt stop Alonso from having a great career he participated in spygate at mclaren ,blackmailed ron and ultimately costing them hundred of millions.they rehired him destroyed the honda mac partnership but he still racing.yuki little rants are water under the bridge being amplified by the media for whatever reason .proteus wrote: ↑30 Oct 2023, 20:32In my opinion he is inferior to Daniil Kvyat for example to be honest, which means there is absolutely no reason for him to be accepted into a better team let alone into RedBull. yuki has great racecraft he always gain places during start he knows how to navigate around traffic.look at Norris on sunday he fumbled his 2nd start and drop a few places he is a good driver and they all make mistake at one point.even the great Max will still be occasionally crashing into the likes on ocon ,lewis if was not fighting at the top its just life at the limit.runningmanz wrote: ↑31 Oct 2023, 02:57Speed only is not everything. That makes no sense! You can’t take the racing line when there is already a a car there!Bill wrote: ↑31 Oct 2023, 07:06you should read steward report before jumping to conclusion without enough evident.they both turned on one another at same time.basically yuki was taking the racing line while piatri was along side him,so i can understand yuki point of view .so what was piatri tying to achieve by turning on yuki.if yuki was on the wrong he would have been penalised for cause damage on the mclaren.
