How many extra "followers" has this whole act gained him?
Quite a recent uptick, actually.

Another rumour I saw on twitter yesterday - FIA to ban the same person/group from owning two teams by 2030.

Albert clarified that he didn't want to see the rumour happen. I don't see why Fabrega would see banning multiple-team ownership as a negative thing

He's said it's not related to driver swaps or withdrawals. I don't think it'll be about the
FIA possibly cracking down on Red Bull owning two teams rumour. The only thing I can think of is an older
track being taken off the calendar entirely and replaced with a new track. That or sprint races are happening
at every race bar Monaco

Definitely plausible.

I also think a plausible rumor could be that RB has found a ton of time for next year already, putting them further out of reach. There were the performance ceiling comments recently, and a few comments from other drivers about them, etc.

If there is any truth to it, it might just be a bargaining chip to get RedBull to support letting Andretti into formula 1.

I've no idea why he would be tight lipped about such a rumour. It's not a sensitive topic to state a team is doing well in the wind tunnel, in fact that rumour was already started by Eddie Jordan. He also said no driver swaps or withdrawals, so it's probably a retirement rumour.

Is there any circuit whose contract is up at the end of this year?

Losing a traditional circuit would fit Fabrega's concerns.

There was also the suggestion in the past couple of years that they might ditch Barcelona for the Madrid street race or something?

Well Brazil is safe until 2030, looks like they've signed a new 5 year deal to keep the grand prix
on the calendar (had the news pop up on the F1 instagram broadcast channel).

Marko: “I can only say that Christian Horner told me in January about a text message he received from people around Hamilton. It seemed authorized by the driver, especially because there was talk of a condition that Hamilton set: he only wanted to drive for Red Bull if he got the same material as Max Verstappen. For me at least there was no doubt that the request from the Hamilton side was serious.”

I have no doubt that the entire grid would have been trying to get that second seat at Red Bull. Every driver is obsessed with winning races and championships and Lewis is no different. There is nothing wrong in him trying a hand for that seat. Horner and Marko have been open about them pursuing Norris and if they say there was a contact from Lewis' side and not the other way round, then I don't see how they wouldn't be telling the truth. It's understandable why Lewis would deny it.

Or is it to encourage RB to sell the 2nd team franchise to Andretti?
Continue with ICE supply, but Cadillac supply the KERS & battery pack…

Seems to be quite a sensible solution for a silly season prediction though 🤣😂
