Pretty dull session, so far. Such a bland track
Sseriously soulless. Wouldn't have ANY idea it was in Vegas ....

I'm definitely not a fan of this circus but come on....I have seen one or 2 clues on screen that they are in Vegas

Not sure what is going on with The Sphere - it is definitely showing both red, yellow, blue and green. I thought they said it won't?

It is definitely a bland layout, but I'm not sure how much more it could look like Vegas than running right down Las Vegas Blvd as they are? Once you venture a block or two off the strip, Vegas in and of itself gets very bland.

Croft was speculating saying they were the only team who would've had a reason not to accept it.

Teams should at this point, ditch the FIA/Liberty Media clowns and make their own championship. Strike deals with historic tracks and let them enjoy their empty "street" tracks. I do not think drivers really enjoy this "show" that Liberty Media is pushing through.
you cant grow sport on historical tracks that world view is past its sell date.these old western countries are broke.return ing to asia make more sense ,like china ,malaysia and south korea had good tracks.

F1 will morph into a Formula E type calendar in the future, with City street tracks phasing out classic tracks of years gone by. Financially, it’s the only way forward. I’d be surprised if New York, London & Paris are not on the calendar in the next 5-10 years.

I can see a London Grand Prix replacing Silverstone eventually. If this morphs into a Formula E type calendar then it will cease to be Formula One. Having a mix of race tracks and street circuits is what makes F1 well F1. You get to see how the cars perform on technically challenging Race tracks and then the challenge that is a street circuit.

You have to respect the sport's history and also be looking forwards. Not an easy balance to strike. Especially for a company like Liberty that just wants to extract every ounce of profit from F1 as they can.

Were there any anomalies during the long runs? Maybe someone who was particularly quick?

The race appears to be between the two Ferraris and Max. Charles appears to be the faster of the two Ferraris on both single lap and long runs.

Do you have any long run numbers to hand?

1 Ferrari, considering Carlos is being penalized for driving into a manhole  Race directors at their absolute best once again.
