Erik van Haren is the only guy so far who has publicly claimed he has seen all this evidence.

Apart from him, the independent barrister, Horner and the victim would have access to the evidence other than the RB board.

It is clear that regardless of whatever happens, someone wants Horner sacked from RB. Power struggle theories make far more sense now. Don't see any other reason for the leak.

Why leak them if you don't need to? Whoever leaked them wanted Horner out - if the investigation found Horner guilty, then why take the risk to leak?

Yes I am a photographer and work with photoshop and Ai at the moment. My first impression is the picture of horner outside is an AI generated images because of the out focus around its head. But it is difficult to tell, it is just a gut feeling. I saw a twitter that checked the images on an AI verifying software and said pictures were 80% and 90% generated by AI but sometimes are not reliable either. Only the whom have the original files can confirm if they are fake or no

This is clearly a defamation against Horner. Why leak confidential information? It's also a crime to do such thing.

If the leak is legit, then it was timed perfectly to grab the paddock and media's
attention early enough in the weekend to create a storm that takes most if not
all of the attention away from what the team does on track.
